I. Product Description:

Excessive sag may lead to insufficient clearance between the conductor and the ground, triggering safety risks; while insufficient sag may increase conductor tension, leading to a risk of conductor breakage. II. Working Principle:

Online Sag Monitoring Device for Transmission LinesTLKS-PMG-HC is a high-tech product integrating high-precision sensors, real-time monitoring technology, intelligent early warning systems, and remote communication technology. This device can capture real-time sag change data of transmission line conductors, predict the sag change trend through advanced algorithm models, and immediately activate the early warning mechanism upon detecting anomalies, reminding operation and maintenance personnel to take timely measures and effectively prevent potential safety risks.

It can sense and collect the minimum distance between the conductor and the ground, the angle between the tangent direction of the conductor at the clamp outlet and the horizontal direction, and the conductor sag, and transmit the measurement and calculation results to the condition monitoring agent or condition monitoring master station via a communication network;
